Using Google Analytics is a quick and easy way to monitor which areas of your site are working better than others. This free tool can help you track how online donors reach your site and which pages they explore before donate.

The Artez June release was a big one and the enhancement that we’re most excited about is the new e-Card tool. You can now enable e-Cards anywhere in the system where a donation can be made. But e-Cards aren’t just for thanking…you can also add them to purchase items.

Early Monday morning Artez released some new and exciting features that will bring a smile to many a fundraiser’s face! Rapidata in acssociation with UK Fundraising has created a short survey to ask some simple questions about your experiences on online fundraising, treating your answers confidentially and with anonymity.

Artez will be releasing the latest version of their software on Monday.
As a result there will be a scheduled service interruption on Monday 7 June 2010 from 4.00am BST. The release may take up to 3.0 hours.
