How long does it take to become live once I have received my Service User Number?

As soon as you receive your Service User Number(SUN), it is best to allow 6-8 weeks to become live. The main reason for the length in time is the AUDDIS testing and allocation of a live date from BACS.

Once your sponsoring bank is happy with all testing and documentation, it is possible to request an earlier live date however this is normally at least 4 weeks from completion of all tests.
