If you’re a Rapidata client I think you’ll like this!
For more joined up and supportive client services we’re bringing together our Client Support and Account Management teams. And I’m pleased to announce a newly created senior management role, Head of Client Services, into which we welcome the return of Amy McGeever.
Amy is now heading up the newly formed Client Services team at Rapidata, with the aim of providing a new focus on clients and exceptional client service to all Rapidata clients, charity and commercial.
Amy joined Rapidata in 2011 to support clients using the Artez online fundraising service and she started in this newly created role following her return from maternity leave in January 2014. Amy brings to the role a proven track record of client service as well as years spent working in fundraising in the charity sector, with a specialism in digital.
Amy is working closely with Jennie Cameron, Data Administration Manager, and Paula Lucey, Head of Business Development to ensure that clients are supported across the company for all of Rapidata’s services, which include Direct Debit Managed Service, eDirectDebit, Trigger Communications and Artez Online Fundraising.
Speaking of her new role Amy says: “I’m delighted to be bringing together the Client Support and Account Management teams to ensure that we’re delivering the best possible support and advice to our clients. Having worked both agency side and for many years in the charity fundraising sector, I’m keen to ensure all clients see the best possible return on their investment using our services.
“As well, I’m pleased about the many recent enhancements to the Artez online fundraising platform and the release of our new eDirectDebit platform, both of which provide new and better opportunities for our clients to raise funds and accept payments.
“I would encourage our clients to keep in contact with me. I’m keen to hear your feedback, either good or not, and I’m here to answer any questions or concerns regarding our work with you and how we might continue to improve things.”
