Auddis Migration

If you have a Direct Debit Service User Number, known as a SUN, and want to start sending your direct debit instructions to Bacs electronically and offering Paperless Direct Debit (PDD), you will have to migrate to Auddis.

Auddis stands for Automated Direct Debit Instruction Service which allows for direct debit Instructions to be setup electronically rather than posting them to the payer’s bank.

There are many benefits to migrating to Auddis:

  • Accurate – you know straight away if a direct debit can be setup rather than waiting till you submit the direct debit

SEPA Direct Debit

The countdown has begun to SEPA Direct Debit. Are you ready?

The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)  is a European Union (EU)  payment initiative which allows all euro electronic payments to be treated as domestic. All European countries have been running SEPA DD and their domestic system for some years now but from February 2014, all EU  countries (excluding the UK) will need to migrate to SEPA – the domestic system will no longer be available.

If you have a Direct Debit Service User Number (SUN) and are looking to do any of the list below, you will need to do a Bulk Change with your Sponsoring Bank.
