Following on from the Christmas 2012 Processing blog and as December quickly creeps up on us, the Data Admin Team has put together a few things to remember for our Direct Debit Managed Service clients on how to ensure no collections are affected by the festive period.
As staff start to talk about Christmas parties and time off over the festive period, it’s a good time to start preparing for the processing of your Direct Debits and Direct Credits over that period. There are three non-processing dates that need to be accounted for when planning your submissions.
During the Christmas holidays, Rapidata will be contactable on the following days:
Monday 26th: CLOSED
Tuesday 27th: CLOSED
Wednesday 28th: 10am – 4pm
Thursday 29th: 10am – 4pm
Friday 30th: 10am – 4pm
Monday 2nd: CLOSED
Tuesday 3rd: 9am – 5:30pm (normal office hours resume)
