Direct Debit Bulk Change

If you have a Direct Debit Service User Number (SUN) and are looking to do any of the list below, you will need to do a Bulk Change with your Sponsoring Bank.

• Change of Name
• Change of Legal status
• Change of Service User Number
• Change of Reference Numbers

As a Bacs Approved Bureau, we help organisations manage the Bulk Change process and liaise with you and your Sponsoring Bank to ensure you follow the Service User’s Guide and Rules to the Direct Debit Scheme.
