This year we achieved ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management, giving extra comfort to all our clients on the services they have outsourced to us.

These BSI standards help us maintain and enhance the highest level of service quality for today’s business environment demands as well as preparing us for changes under GDPR.

Not for profit sector specialist

The not for profit sector is very close to our hearts and one with which we worked from the beginning. Because of this, we have developed many services that are tailored for not for profits, to help achieve their fundraising goals and targets.

Through our work with the sector, we are recognised by many as the voice on regular giving and was awarded in July 2018 in the IoF National Fundraising Awards as ‘Most Committed Company to the Sector’. We produce an annual Charity Direct Debit Tracking Report giving advice and suggestions on how to increase donations and reduce regular giving cancellations.
