Getting Product Support
Do you need help with a support query?
We now have 4 dedicated email addresses for product support. All you need to do is send as much information as possible about your query or problem to one of the email addresses below.
Don’t worry, if you prefer to speak to someone over the phone you can always call us on 01293 524066. Our dedicated Client Services team is available every working day between 9am to 5.30pm.
For all Artez queries we will aim to get back to you within 4 hours. For any queries about eDirectDebit, Direct Debits and fulfilment our team will try to get back to you within 24 hours. And if your query is sent outside office hours then we will get back to you on the next working day.
