Upcoming Enhancements for your Artez pages
Over the weekend Artez will be releasing new enhancements and updating the system. This means that the Artez system will be unavailable for a short period, but don’t worry we always release new updates when there is very little traffic through the site ensuring the least amount of disruption to your supporters.
Our UK release will take place between 3.00 am and 7.00 am on the 12th of October 2010.
During this period, the Artez system will be temporarily unavailable.
Next week we’ll be sending out an e-blast with a list of great new features that will accompany Release 147…We’ve got usability enhancements, a new registration process, and so much more!
Please note, the following changes will appear on live sites, after October 12th:
Individual vs Organisation donation selection
We are instituting a toggle between ‘individual’ and ‘organisation’ donation type. This means that donors will only be able to put text in the First Name / Last Name fields OR the Organisation field. We think this will help prevent the confusion when donors try to fill out all three fields.
Required Field Asterisk
To comply with accessibility requirements for screen-readers, we are moving the ‘required’ red asterisk to appear on the left before the content field, instead of on the end at the right.
After our latest release, buttons may appear slightly more rounded. This change only affects default system buttons that have not been styled/replaced by custom CSS. Why the change? After Release 147, you will be able to change the colour and font on the default buttons through the user interface!
