Bacs – urgent action email
You may have seen in your Inbox today an email from Bacs titled ‘Direct Debit’s are being collected from the wrong account’ requiring urgent attention.
We have been informed that this email should have only been sent to a selected number of Service User Numbers (SUN’s) and if your SUN is not quoted in the email, you can disregard. If your SUN is shown, you do need to take notice and act accordingly.
