Direct Debit delays caused by RBS IT failure
A few clients have spoken to us today as Direct Debit funds due to hit their account have not appeared. Upon investigation, we can confirm these are related to the the RBS technology failure which is causing delays to payments.
If you bank with RBS or related banks, such as NatWest, Ulster Bank, or Coutts, and your funds have not appeared, please check with you bank first.
