Updating payer details using our online Direct Debit portal

For those who use our Direct Debit processing service, you can login to our cloud-based, online Direct Debit portal Connect free of charge, to view, amend or cancel your payer’s Direct Debits.

If you don’t currently use this service, please speak with your Customer Success Manager to gain access.
