Mid-Year Charity Direct Debit Tracking Report
EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW – first sight of the new mid-year figures to be announced in the latest Rapidata Charity DD Cancellations Tracking Report 2009
Rapidata hit the headlines at the beginning of this year when we released our first Charity Direct Debit Tracking Report and revealed that charity supporters were abandoning their monthly donations at an alarming rate as a result of the credit crunch and following recession.
This July we unveil our Direct Debit Tracking Report mid-year update. What will our latest findings show? Are cancellation figures still on the rise? Or could there actually be a hint of recovery?
Through our exclusive and unique research, we reveal the only comprehensive analysis of the charity direct debit landscape, announcing the very latest figures up to the end of June.
While our first report showed cancellation figures for the months between September 2008 and January 2009 to be far above those experienced pre-recession, with this report, we reveal that there has been some change. We look at whether the trends revealed at the beginning of the year have continued, and examine how much of an effect the recession is continuing to have on charitable regular giving.
For valued clients, we are offering the opportunity to see the report first. To get your exclusive preview ahead of its general release, come along to the Institute of Fundraising’s National Convention on July 6th, where you will be able to pick up a copy direct from the Rapidata exhibition stand 46. The new report will be available from morning coffee break onwards, collect a hard copy or electronic version on a complementary dongle and discuss the findings with our managing director Scott Gray over coffee.
