As the Fundraising Regulator opens its doors to charity suppliers, Rapidata is one of the first to sign up

As a further step in our drive to provide first-in-class services and best practice for our clients, we are pleased to announce that we are now registered with the Fundraising Regulator as a third-party supplier to the not-for-profit sector.

The voluntary registration scheme, now open to suppliers, encourages third party organisations involved in charitable fundraising to sign up in demonstrating a commitment to high fundraising standards and to the Fundraising Regulator’s Fundraising Promise.

Stephen Dunmore, Chief Executive of the Fundraising Regulator said: “The Charities Act 2016 requires fundraising agreements between charities and third party fundraisers to specify what voluntary fundraising standard the agency undertakes to be bound by.

“Voluntary registration with the Fundraising Regulator and use of our badge are a key way of demonstrating that requirement. We urge third party fundraisers to lead from the front and show their support for high fundraising standards.”
