CLIENT SERVICES – experienced Direct Marketing fundraiser joins Rapidata team

2015 has been another great year for Rapidata having won a number of exciting tenders for new key client accounts and continuing to build on our successful client relationships. As a result, our Client Services team is expanding again to ensure we continue to provide the quality services our clients expect.

Please join us in welcoming our newest team member who brings a wealth of experience with him:

Paul Culligan – Account Manager

New Staff Announcement

Paul is a seasoned fundraiser with extensive charity Direct Marketing experience, having worked at the Royal Horticultural Society most recently, as well as YMCA England, Cancer Research UK, and Macmillan Cancer Support.

He has first-hand experience managing individual giving, membership and legacy programmes. He’s run a wide array of Direct Marketing campaigns with testing across recruitment channels – including direct mail, telemarketing, and digital. As such, he’s worked with a number of professional fundraising agencies and suppliers, and is very knowledgeable about list selections and response rate analysis.

Paul says: “Rapidata’s services are the most sophisticated in this field and the level of added value for charities is really exciting. As a fundraiser I know first-hand how important data, metrics and optimised Direct Debit processing are for fundraising acquisition campaigns and in supporting an effective supporter journey programme. I’m looking forward to meeting with clients and helping them make the most of their Direct Debit services with Rapidata.”

Personally? Paul has a cat called Audrey (we just love the name!). But also Paul is a keen cyclist with a number of sponsored rides for charity under his belt, including completing the London to Brighton ride numerous times. Next year he intends to take part again but this time in the London to Brighton Night Ride that supports British Heart Foundation… and he’s looking for team members to join him!
