Christmas Opening Hours & Direct Debit Processing Over the Festive Period
With less than a month left to go until Christmas (!), we wanted to make you aware of our opening hours and Direct Debit processing file submission deadlines over the festive period.
Rapidata will be contactable over Christmas and New Year on the following days and times:
Monday, 22nd December – 9am-5.30pm (Normal business hours)
Tuesday. 23rd December – 9am-5.30pm (Normal business hours)
Wednesday, 24th December (Christmas Eve) – 9am-1pm
Thursday, 25th December (Christmas Day) – CLOSED
Friday, 26th December (Boxing Day) – CLOSED
Monday, 29th December – 10am-4pm
Tuesday, 30th December – 10am-4pm
Wednesday, 31st December (New Year’s Eve) – 10am-4pm
Thursday, 1st January (New Year’s Day) – CLOSED
Friday, 2nd January – 9am-5.30pm (Normal business hours resume)
Rapidata’s Direct Debit file submission deadlines for January 2015 collections are as follows:
If Rapidata are sending out your Advance Notice letters, new Direct Debit files for collection on the 1st of January will need to be with us by Tuesday, the 9th of December.
If Rapidata are not sending out your Advance Notice letters, new Direct Debit files for collection on the 1st of January will need to be with us by Tuesday, the 16th of December.
For all ‘Direct’ clients that send us Bacs Direct Debit or Direct Credit files, for collection on the 2nd of January, these need to be with us by Monday, the 22nd of December.
