We’ve Passed! ISO 27001 re-certification
It’s been three years since Rapidata achieved it’s ISO 27001 accreditation for Information Security and since then the company has had annual audits to ensure the controls are constantly in place and being improved. After three years you have to undergo a full audit of all controls and procedures for re-certifucation of your ISO 27001.
ISO 27001 re-certified
On 22nd November we underwent a two day audit with our BSI accessor involving many of the staff at Rapidata and suppliers. We are delighted to report that we passed with flying colours!
“Information Security is a major focus for the Company and we take our controls and continual improvement in this area very seriously. This is a very hard accreditation to get and retain. It requires everyone’s input at Rapidata to make sure we meet the strict guidelines so obtaining re-cert is a great achievement. ” Scott Gray, Managing Director
Along with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, Rapidata has now started the process of obtaining its next certification, ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management.
In an environment where security, service quality, trust and risk are all key considerations, having these BSI ISO accreditation places Rapidata in a very strong position meeting and hopefully exceeding our clients requirements. We will keep you informed as we progress to obtain our third ISO next year.
